The administration of the CAEL Assessment in India has been discontinued since November 2015.

The CAEL Assessment is no longer operated by the Indo Canadian Excellence Center for Science & Culture (ICECSC), also known as OVICS and CAEL India, operated by Prasad Raaj, Raajendiraa Kuppuswamy, and Arun K.

ICECSC was located at #330, P.H. Road, Maduravoyal, Chennai-95 with administered CAEL Assessment sittings at several locations around India, including the following:

• Chennai (Furatt International Hall, Sayajigunj, Vadodara 390 005)
• Delhi (42 Ashram Road, Navrangpura, 380 009)
• Punjab (39 Garha Road, Jalandhar, 144 022)

Paragon Testing Enterprises is currently seeking partners in India with the hopes of restarting the administration of the CAEL Assessment in late 2017 or 2018.
