Notes:
Test Day Rules
Washroom Breaks
Test takers are encouraged to use the washroom before entering the test room. CAEL CE Tests are timed and will not pause for any reason. Test takers who wish to use the washroom during the test should raise their hand so that test centre personnel can escort them.
Children
Test takers are expected to make arrangements to care for children during a test. Children are not allowed in the test room, and test takers are not permitted to take breaks to feed or otherwise care for a child. Neither Paragon Testing Enterprises nor the test centre will accept responsibility for unsupervised children.
Scented Products
Please do not use perfumes, aftershaves, colognes, and other scented products on test day. These products may make other people in the room sick.

The following behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the test room or test centre:
Important Warning About Cheating
Cheating on the CAEL CE Test may cancel your test results. Paragon considers cheating to include any action (i.e., memorizing test answers based on questions from previous CAEL CE Tests, or submitting a false score report to a government agency or other organization) that will help you gain an unfair advantage on the CAEL CE Test. These actions may result in severe consequences.
Paragon reserves the right to report a suspected cheater to a government agency, academic institution, or other organization that the test taker is applying to for investigation and enforcement.
Prohibited Materials
You will be asked during check-in to store all personal belongings in a personal property bag or locker. The only item you may bring into the test room is your identification document.
The following items are not allowed in the test room. If you are found to have any of these items with you during the test, you may be removed from the test room, and your scores may be cancelled by Paragon Testing Enterprises:
The proper authorities will be notified if test takers are found in possession of dangerous or illegal materials.
