Directions:
Train or bus
It is a 15-minute taxi ride from the Ottawa Via
Rail train station and costs approximately $20.00.
Taxi fare from the Ottawa Voyageur
bus terminal is approximately $15.00.
Local OC Transpo routes
#4 and #7 pass within a block of the Ottawa Voyageur bus terminal.
Both bus routes enter the campus.
OC Transpo's O-Train
provides service to Carleton University from the transit stations
at Bayview (Lebreton Flats) and Greenboro (South Keys).
Via Highway
417 (runs east-west through the centre of the City of Ottawa):
Exit Highway 417 at Bronson Avenue. Follow Bronson Avenue South
approximately 2 kilometers. The campus entrance will be on the
right at the intersection of Bronson and Sunnyside Avenues.
Via Highway 416 -
Highway 416 connects Highway 401 to Highway 417. Follow Hwy. 416
to Hwy. 417 (East). Follow Hwy. 417 and exit at Bronson Avenue.
Follow Bronson Avenue south approximately 2 kilometres. The campus
entrance will be on the right at the intersection of Bronson and
Sunnyside Avenue.
Parking at Carleton University, on weekends, is free. Parking
lots 1, 8 and 2 are closest to Paterson Hall. Consult campus
map for lot locations.
Arrival by Air -
The taxi ride from the Ottawa's Macdonald-Cartier International
Airport to Carleton University costs approximately $25.00.
